One on one personal fitness training sessions-
- a 45 -minute fitness session geared specifically toward the needs of the individual. These sessions can take place in the client's home, at an outdoor location, or virtually. An in-depth assessment will drive the creation of the optimum plan for the client, along with personal goals and needs.
Group Fitness Classes-
- A 30-45 minute class designed for a small group including overall fitness elements within a rotating theme such as kickboxing, yoga, resistance training, or sport specific skills. See our calendar page for additional info!
- a bi-weekly active social outing focused on a specific social skill. Topics might include choosing appropriate topics of conversation, dating etiquette, restaurant etiquette, etc. Activities could include scavenger hunts, attending sporting events, dance parties, hiking, yard games, bowling, or many other events.
Homeschool Adapted PE-
- individual or for groups, we are available to meet the physical education needs of the special needs homeschool community
